高壓風機注意事項

1.高壓風機在運轉時會產生高溫，應安裝在安全的地方，以免燙傷操作人。

2.馬達負載電流會隨高壓風機之使用空氣壓力而變化.壓力越大，溫升越高。

3.高壓風機連續運轉的適用范圍請按照風量-吸吐壓力曲線圖，切勿超過適用范圍。

4.高壓風機的空氣溫度變化：當空氣流量接近封閉狀態時，溫度會急劇上升，故應特別注意此種狀況發生。若溫度會上升，切勿將高壓風機置于密閉室內使用。

5.硬質物體塵埃粉粒體纖維及水滴應在空氣進入高壓鼓風機前除去，可用集塵袋等方式處理。

6.應定時清理高壓風機內部及外部，除去表面灰塵。若大量累積灰塵，散熱效果差會造成溫度上升，風量減小，振動增加而造成故障。

7.軸承油封及消音器等屬于消耗品，故有一定的壽命，要定期更換，同時葉片外殼金屬網等也須依使用環境而定期更換

8.高壓風機使用中若運轉不順或不正常噪音出現，請關閉電源檢修。

                                        Precautions for high pressure centrifugal fan

1. High pressure centrifugal fan will produce high temperature during operation, so it should be installed in a safe place to avoid scalding the operator.

2. The motor load current will change with the air pressure used by the high-pressure centrifugal fan. The higher the pressure, the higher the temperature rise.

3. The applicable range of continuous operation of high-pressure centrifugal fan shall be in accordance with the air volume suction and discharge pressure curve, and shall not exceed the applicable range.

4. Air temperature change of high-pressure centrifugal fan: when the air flow is close to the closed state, the temperature will rise sharply, so special attention should be paid to this situation. If the temperature will rise, do not put the high-pressure centrifugal fan in an airtight room for use.

5. Hard objects, dust, particles, fibers and water droplets shall be removed before the air enters the high-pressure blower, and can be treated by means of dust collection bags.

6. The interior and exterior of high-pressure centrifugal fan shall be cleaned regularly to remove surface dust. If a large amount of dust accumulates, the poor heat dissipation effect will cause the temperature to rise, the air volume to decrease, and the vibration to increase, resulting in failure.

7. Bearing oil seals and mufflers are consumables, so they have a certain service life. They should be replaced regularly. At the same time, the metal mesh of the blade housing should also be replaced regularly according to the service environment

8. If the high-pressure centrifugal fan does not run smoothly or makes abnormal noise during use, please turn off the power for maintenance.
